INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROJECTS FACILITATOR

In an Information System (SI) project, the master engineering assistance and the project management assistance must collaborate.

The quality of this collaboration is one of the keys of the information system's project success.

In this environment, the facilitators' missions are;:

• The arbitration between the master engineering assistance and the project management assistance
• The mediation and the intervention as a neutral actor

e-motive facilitator intervenes as an independant actor to the project. It keeps permanently the sereinity and the hindsight that are necessary to the success of the mission.
